Wishful Thinking

I can not judge you based on one moment
that is not who you are.
One situation does not define you
that is not who you are.
A glimpse of your demons
doesn’t make you a bad person.
I know who you are
When did you forget?

There's something in your writings that I can identify with. Very well done.

I just stopped by your blog today. My girlfriend who is a writer syas she does her best when she writes for herself. I agree. As a musician I write songs for myself and if other people like them great. If not it doesn't mean I have no talent. The same goes for you, and you do have talent!

Nice poetry, make it more attractive for people to stop and read, an assocites picture or cartoon always helps.

So much said with little words, I love it! It's also very true. There's a lot more to us than what we do or say :)

I am surprised with the response to this one, I have it written out in big jiffy and place up on my wall. I think that it describes so many different situations.
Thanks for the comments!
