Trapped

I sit here wondering why
Questions
No answers

Emotions strike my heart, tearing at my soul
One moment at a time, I try to survive
Searching for reasons that will not be found

Escape is what I need
But I am stuck here
Navigating through something
It will not be solved

Screaming on the inside

Amazing it is, when reader and writer sit, as one, upon the page.

(The poet is endlessly questioning,
never knowing just how much the finished poem says.

You have touched the deepest places.)

Thank you, for sharing your gift.

Happy New Year.

You're not alone. I think i feel like this 100 times a day.
Sometimes it helps if others hear your screams..
